The Association was founded in 1972 and is an associate body of the institute of Financial Accountants.

Certified Accounting Technician

ACCA is the largest and fastest growing international accounting body, with 260,000 students and 1100,00 members in 170 countries. They have an extensive network of 75 staffed offices and other centres around the world. It's technician level examiniations (Certified Accounting Technician - CAT) are very popular and courses of these are available from Ideal Schools.
