We take great delight in witnessing our students gain recognition for the hard work they put into their study and Emma certainly fits into that category. During study she left no stone unturned and it’s brilliant that her enthusiasm in applying her new skills within the workplace has paid off.

Emma is a delight to teach and her employer is certainly benefiting from her dedication to learning. We asked Emma for a few words and she’s provided the following:

“The LUCA Awards are some of the most sought-after accolades in bookkeeping, so I was absolutely over the moon to be awarded Employed Bookkeeper of the Year this past November.

I’m so delighted, as winning feels like a real recognition of my work over the past year. Plus, it has only made me more motivated to improve my skills.

It’s also a testament to the first class training I’ve received from Ideal Schools, and to the hard work Michelle Smith at ValueAdd has put in to ensure I’ve got everything I need to succeed. Truth be told, winning the LUCA Award has been a total team effort.”
