The Payroll Management course is fully tutor supported, where your tutor will guide you through to exam success, with personalised feedback on your assignment submissions. Support is available when help is needed and the IDEAL Schools Mock exam, as well as the two ICB Mock exams, will ensure you are ready for your final test, where our student success rates are exceptionally high.
Course materials are provided in hard copy, where online access is also provided to help you study on the go if the situation arises.

The ICB have a range of Diploma qualifications, each designed to enable you to offer specific skills and services to employers or prospective clients. ICB Exams: P3
Employment: Under the ICB umbrella this qualification will allow you to offer a full payroll service to prospective clients, on a self-employed basis. The practical aspect of this course of study would also provide you with payroll skills that would benefit any small & medium sized businesses.
There are two aspects to this course of study:
Manual Payroll - starting with the basics of the payroll function you'll be guided through all topics to ensure an in-depth underpinning knowledge, covering all aspects within the exam syllabus.
Computerised Payroll - Using Sage 50 Payroll and the your new manual payroll skills, you'll be guided through the functionality of the software not only ensuring you are ready to pass your ICB exam, but are prepared to use your new skills within a working environment.
Within this course of study there is one examination, which tests your underpinning knowledge as well as your ability to process a computerised payroll. The exam is completed at home, with a 24hr completion period and the pass requirement is 85%.
