The Diploma in Payroll Management is an advanced award which proves the holder is qualified to administer the payroll function for businesses large or small, either on a self-employed basis or within an employed position. 

The Diploma is issued by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) upon successful completion of their examination. This is a home based examination and so the entire qualification can be obtained from the comfort of your own home.
